Stadium of Bremen

The new Weserstadion, where are training the German team Werder Bremen (northern Germany), bet on the concept of using photovoltaic panels integrated into the architecture quite bold in the renovation project, which begun in 2008. With this, the stadium will no longer emit 450 tons of CO2 per year. This energy is enough to supply 250 homes for one year. The project was developed in partnership with the local concessionaire, the company EWE, which commercializes the power generated.
